Managed Print Services (Coordinator) Operations Manager

Our Client is a Managed Print Services Company (MPS) focused on the management and optimization of printer and copier fleets. We have quickly become a recognized leader in the MPS market with a national client base. In addition we have been selected among hundreds of competitors as a specialist supporting some of the largest IT contracts in the federal government. 

Note: This is a key support position with responsibility of working with Clients, our Sales Team, Technical Support and Management. This is a go to position for our continued growth and development. Based on individual’s skills a compensation package of $40,000-$50,000 and Full Benefits.

POSITION SUMMARY

The MPS Operations Manager is responsible for the development and management of all operational services to support the company’s various MPS programs. 

Duties include:

           - Key relationships with Management, Sales team and Service &

             Software Providers                       

               - MPS Order Entry

           - Contract Administration

           - Proposal generation/RFP response

           - Software Support

           - Service/Help/Dispatch 

This position is also responsible for ongoing management and improvement of cost and quality metrics for all MPS-related services. 

Current MPS services include:

            - Data Collection Services (DCS)

            - Auto Toner Replenishment System

              (ATRS®)

            - Proactive Service Error Monitoring

            - Help Desk/Dispatch

            - 3rd Party Break/Fix Service
