2. Develop FUNCTIONAL position
description.
3. Develop the plan for targeting
competitors or like companies to Source/Recruit from. We use all
available resources, which may include an electronic Ad placement
or Resume Resource Tool. This would get a position description out
to over 200 posting services in the area. In addition we would
review the mass of resumes from these sights, inviting the select
few that fit to interview for your position. We would use extensive
research establishing a database of companies, potential candidates
and sources. We would Proactively contact potential right fit candidates - not
just those that are actively looking.
4. Evaluate candidates from all
sources and do a Phone Pre-screen Interview
5. Interview in-depth, qualified
candidates, and set up interviews with Client
6. Provide “Managing for Success”
and or PPlus, SSI Report
7. Reference check 3-Plus through
TLG-SECURITY RESEARCH
8. Assist in negotiating
compensation package and tie down
