Impact Resume Format and
Sample The purpose of the Impact Resume Style is to
make you special and have you standout
from others. It has one purpose - getting you the interview!
Your basic contact information goes on top. Your email address
should be professional. Please, keep the hotbody.com for another
time.
If you wish to be specific, add an objective. Make sure your
objective matches the position you are applying for. "I wish to
have a pharmaceutical sales position with a dynamic company that
will allow me to grow and advance", does not cut it for an IT sales
position. Keep it updated or eliminate it.
Using the format below, include years and dates employed for each
position. Include position, title and one to two lines describing
your responsibilities.
Then a very critical area. Using bullets, list a minimum of three
accomplishments. These are your stats, percentage of quota, awards,
recognition and sales accomplishments
After education, include any special training you received, extra
sales classes you attended. If you are new to sales, list the
percentage of your money you contributed to your education.
Next, list Interests, Organizations or Civic participation. Again,
keep it professional. Chairman of the class reunion does not
count.
This simple yet efficient resume says, "This is what I can do for
you and your company. We need to talk!" And if you are
looking for all the right ways to say it, then check this out!
